We offer a range of pet sitting services to care for your pets and home on a regular or ad-hoc basis in Haslemere, Godalming and the surrounding areas.

We can help with looking after your cats or small pets, dropping in on your dog, or completing small tasks in your home when you are away. We also offer a pet taxi service.

About Us

The Home & Pet Visit Company was born from a passion of looking after animals. Having run a successful dog walking & pet care business for 3 years, we decided to specialise in home visits in the Haslemere & Godalming areas, looking after your pets & home when you are unable to be there.

We completely understand that every animal is different, and we will always do our best to cater for the needs of our clients and their pets. Our goal is to provide as personal service as possible, and to look after your pets as if they were our own.

We are first aid trained, fully insured & DBS (CRB) checked, and will be happy to provide these certificates on request.

Our Services

The pet sitting and home visit service consists of a 20 minute visit to your home. We specialise in looking after your pets when you’re not able to be there, and can cover the following services:

Short dog walks from your home

Pet taxi

Getting Started

Before we start to look after your pet or your home, it is of course important that we meet so that you can decide if we are the right people for you. We are more than happy to visit your home, where you will have the opportunity to ask us any questions, and we will also have a few questions for you.

If we are looking after your pet, we will ask for details such as vet information, feeding schedule and house rules. We will also ask for entrance procedures to your home, and a general overview of what you’d like us to do while on our visit.

Home visits last up to 20 minutes, are available 7 days a week, and cost £14.

This includes the cost of travel to & from your home.

I highly recommend Henry - the dog whisperer! He took care of our big Labrador for a weekend at very short notice. I was a bit anxious initially as he is sometimes unsure of people he doesn't know and wasn't used to being away from home.
